Adrian is a corporate finance specialist; his expertise includes assisting business owners and management teams in a wide array of industries with exit planning, including sales to private equity, trade acquirers and sales into Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs).
Specialist expertise
Adrian is a managing director in the corporate finance team, working with small and medium-sized business owners to help them achieve their goals. He has significant experience in running smooth and efficient processes in order to sell businesses and maximise shareholder value; buying businesses to assist shareholders in their growth and acquisition strategies. He is also a specialist in the complex criteria required to sell a business into an EOT.
Adrian works closely with both corporate clients, as well as private equity houses, and focuses on deals within the lower and mid-markets. He has worked across a wide range of sectors and therefore possesses the depth of experience needed to successfully deal with a variety of situations. He takes pride in delivering excellent client service, getting to know and understand his clients, their needs and their aspirations, in order to deliver a personal service. Adrian gets to grips with the challenges businesses face and works with them to find commercial solutions. He is very much a people person and works collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for all parties involved.
About Adrian
Adrian is a qualified chartered accountant and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Over the last 10 years, he has built his deal experience with top accountancy and corporate finance boutique firms and has also worked as financial controller and chief financial officer, enabling him to sit on the clients' side of the table and understand their perspective.
Adrian's main passions are sailing and cars; particularly fast ones, and he has wasted a small fortune on them over the years.
